What is HolisticHubPro (Boutique ERP)?

A cloud-based, all-in-one ERP system built exclusively for boutique & garment manufacturing businesses — handling everything from client orders to payroll, under one roof.

After thoroughly studying the live application at boutique.musadiq.dev, this is not just “software” — it is a full business operating system for the fashion manufacturing industry. It replaces 8–10 separate tools (WhatsApp orders, Excel sheets, manual ledgers, separate HR apps) with one integrated platform.

Where to Advertise & Why

B2B software has a longer sales cycle. We need a multi-touch strategy — different platforms serve different stages of the funnel.

📘
Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
Main paid channel. Business owners heavily use Facebook in Pakistan & South Asia. Instagram Reels for demo videos. Best for retargeting website visitors and lookalike audiences of boutique owners.
High Priority
💼
LinkedIn Ads
Best for targeting Operations Managers, Factory Owners, Production Heads by job title. More expensive CPC but highest quality B2B leads. Sponsored content with demo videos works best.
High Priority
🔍
Google Search Ads
Capture high-intent buyers searching “garment ERP software”, “boutique management system”, “production tracking software”. These are ready-to-buy leads. Start with exact match keywords.
High Priority
▶️
YouTube Ads
Product demo videos targeting factory owners. Pre-roll ads on business, manufacturing content. Also organic — walkthrough videos rank well for “ERP for garment industry” searches.
Medium Priority
💡 Recommended Approach for Phase 1:

Start with Meta Ads + Google Search only. These two give maximum ROI for minimum budget. LinkedIn and YouTube added in Phase 2 after first sales are confirmed.

Meta Marketing Execution Plan

Meta gives us the broadest reach into South Asian business owners. Here’s exactly how we’ll run campaigns — from creative to conversion.

1

Campaign Structure (3-Layer Funnel)

We run three separate campaign types simultaneously, each targeting a different stage of buyer awareness.

TOFU — Awareness

Video ads showing the pain: “Still managing orders on WhatsApp?” · Reach 50,000+ boutique owners/month

MOFU — Consideration

Demo video of actual dashboard · Lead magnet: “Free ERP Setup Guide” · Retarget video viewers

BOFU — Conversion

Retarget website visitors · Testimonial ads · “Book a Free Demo” CTA · WhatsApp lead ads

SALE — Paid Subscription

Demo call booked → Client converted → Revenue split activated

2

Ad Creative Plan

Creative is everything in B2B software ads. We will test these proven formats:

🎬 15-sec Reel / Video Instagram · FB
“Still running your factory on WhatsApp? See what you’re missing…” → Dashboard demo
🖼️ Carousel Ad Facebook
Each slide = 1 module feature (Orders → Production → Finance → HR)
⚡ Problem/Solution Image Facebook · IG
Left: Excel chaos. Right: Clean ERP dashboard. Headline: “It’s time to upgrade.”
💬 WhatsApp Lead Ad Facebook
“Want a free demo? Click here” → Direct WhatsApp conversation
🎥 Testimonial Video Instagram · FB
Real client talking about time saved / orders managed better
3

Audience Targeting Setup

Precise targeting = lower CPL (cost per lead). We build these custom audiences in Meta Ads Manager:

Job Title: Factory Owner Job Title: Operations Manager Job Title: Production Head Interest: Garment Manufacturing Interest: Textile Industry Interest: ERP Software Interest: Fashion Business Custom: Website Visitors Custom: Video Viewers 50%+ Lookalike: 1% of converted leads Pakistan + India + Bangladesh Business Owner behavior
4

Landing Page Strategy

Ad traffic must go to a dedicated landing page (not the dashboard). The page must have: 60-second demo video, 5 key pain points solved, social proof, and one CTA only — “Book Free Demo.” We will build and optimize this.

Dedicated LP (not homepage) Demo Video embedded WhatsApp CTA button Facebook Pixel installed Conversion tracking active

Projected KPIs (Month 1–3)

Conservative estimates based on B2B SaaS marketing benchmarks in South Asian markets at a Rs. 50,000–80,000/month ad spend level.

2,000+
Monthly Reach (Targeted)
40–80
Leads Per Month (CPL: Rs.800–2000)
8–15
Demo Calls Booked / Month
2–5
Sales / Month (Month 2–3)

* Results improve significantly from Month 2 onward as pixel data matures, retargeting kicks in, and creative is optimized based on real performance data.

Two Ways to Work Together

Choose the model that fits your current stage. Both include full campaign management — the difference is how you pay for it.

Option A — Recommended
Revenue Share Model

Zero upfront service fee. You only pay when sales happen. We carry the execution risk with you.

60% / 40% Revenue split per sale: 60% You · 40% Us
  • You provide the ad campaign budget (minimum Rs. 40,000–50,000/month recommended)
  • We manage everything: strategy, creatives, campaigns, optimization
  • Per sale of ERP subscription, 40% revenue goes to Digital Trackx as marketing fee
  • No sale = no service fee. Full alignment of interests.
  • Monthly reporting — leads, demos booked, conversions, ROAS
  • Minimum 3-month commitment required to see real results
Best for: Clients who want to test the market with lower initial financial risk, while keeping us fully motivated to perform.
Option B — Fixed Retainer
Monthly Service Model

Predictable monthly cost. Full ownership of all leads and revenue stays 100% with you.

Rs. 40,000 Per month service fee + ad budget (separate)
  • Rs. 40,000/month fixed marketing service charges to Digital Trackx
  • Ad campaign budget provided separately by client (recommended: Rs. 50,000–1,00,000/month)
  • All sales revenue 100% yours — no revenue share
  • Full campaign management: Meta, Google, creative, copy, optimization
  • Weekly performance reports + monthly strategy review
  • Month-to-month after initial 2-month commitment
Best for: Clients confident in the product and ready to invest in aggressive growth, keeping all revenue upside.
